Tagitize is most powerful when creating tags for multiple Revit categories at once while making sure the most number of generated tags will not overlap each other. To start, click Tag Settings again and under the Host Settings tab, use the Add button to create a new card and set its host category to something like, such as Walls.

You can also use the Copy button on an existing tag to duplicate it and then change the new card’s host category. Here, we set it to Windows:

Duplicated it too many times? Use the Delete button on a card to remove it from your list:

You can also define settings for some categories in advance but don’t use these yet while generating tags. To keep a card but exclude it from the tagging process, flip the toggle on it to the disabled state. Only cards with a green toggle will be used for tag generation.
